Residential Group Homes

PRS, Inc. offers specialized residential homes that are contracted through the local mental health agency to provide individuals with care that follows their Person Centered Plan (PCP). Our employees follow the PCP’s of each individual to make sure that their needs are beign met with dignity and respect.

Supported Living Services

PRS, Inc. also provides specialized assistance to individuals based on their individual needs as specified in their PCP. PRS employees provide personal care, medication monitoring and management, recreational opportunities and education on transportation options within the community. PRS employees can also assist with transportation to and from medical appointments. Assistance is provided in the individuals’ home from 2-24 hours per day, based on the needs specified in the individuals’ PCP. These services are also available on a private pay basis.

Professionally Trained Personnel

PRS, Inc. employees receive a variety of trainings in order to care for individuals served. These trainings include but are not limited to MANDT, CPR, First Aid, Recipient Rights, and various other trainings that are required and/or provided by each specific county.

Nursing & Support Services

For individuals who have advanced medical needs, PRS, Inc. can provide care in specialized group homes with nursing staff on duty. These medical group homes offer individuals the best care in a residential setting where employees focus on the individual medical needs, as well as the goals within their PCP. These specialized group homes are contracted through the local mental health agency and are licensed through the State of Michigan.
